The Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization, Burapha University, the Community Friends Association, and the Taksin Rayong Foundation collaborated on this project, which provides public health scholarships. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Somkiat Yupapin, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization. During the discussion, scholarship providers and officials from other faculties discussed and exchanged ideas on how to properly supervise scholarship students to ensure they meet the established
