On August 11, 2026, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Burapha University organized an academic service project titled \u201cDeveloping Youth Potential to Discover Dreams and Future Career Paths (Finding Dreams: University\u2013Elementary Student Mentoring Program).\u201d This initiative was carried out in collaboration with The Salvation Army Korea and POSCO E&C from the Republic of Korea.
The project’s objective was to enhance the knowledge, life skills, and understanding of international languages and cultures\u2014particularly Korean language and culture\u2014among youth in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) area. It also aimed to promote the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and psychological counseling in career guidance, helping young people to discover their potential and envision future educational and career paths.
During this program, students from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences engaged in real-world experiences as mentors for sixth-grade students at Wat Takuan School in Rayong Province. Activities included learning about Korean language and culture, as well as a creative \u201cdream frame\u201d activity, where students decorated photos of themselves in traditional Hanbok attire, expressing their dreams and future aspirations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
