From January 5 to January 13, 2025, they organized academic activities for 171 first- to third-year students in the Korean Language Program at Burapha University’s Department of Oriental Languages, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, totaling 40 hours.
A variety of activities were included in the project, such as making Korean names and name bracelets, studying modern Korean culture, analyzing Korean fashion from various eras, practicing drawing on Korean fans, creating and decorating colorful ancient masks, and studying traditional culture, fashion, and music through historical dramas. Students also danced Korean dances, acquired local dialects through literature and films, and visited tourist landmarks.
The project is a collaboration between the Korean Language Program, Department of Oriental Languages, Humanities and Social Sciences, Burapha University and the Student Affairs Division, Pusan National University, Republic of Korea. The Faculty would like to thank Pusan National University for their ongoing academic partnership.
