The “Learn for Excellence” personnel development project.

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences organized the personnel development project “Learn for Excellence: Increasing the Efficiency of Academic Support Work” on April 28, 2025. The special lecturers were Assistant Professor Sitthipat Lertsrisaiyanon,(Ph.D.) Assistant Dean for Research and Quality Assurance, and Kluaimai Sumang,(Ph.D.) Lecturer in the Faculty of Business Administration at Panyapiwat Institute of Management. The project’s goal is to provide academic support personnel with knowledge and understanding of Lean Management concepts and principles in order to improve work efficiency, promote effective team collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
