National G-Green Award

On March 23, 2026, Assist. Prof. Thepporn Mangthanee,Ph.D., Deputy Dean for Social Strategy, and Mr. Wichai Yaemlangsap, Head of the Dean’s Office at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Burapha University, received the National G-Green Award. This award certified their office at the Excellent level (G Silver) from the Department of Climate Change and Environment, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The certification is valid from October 28, 2025, to October 27, 2028.

The award ceremony aimed to promote behavioral changes among individuals in government agencies, state enterprises, educational institutions, and local authorities regarding the reduction of energy and resource consumption, minimizing waste generation, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and implementing environmentally friendly practices. The evaluation criteria for a Green Office are based on established guidelines.
