Preparing for Cooperative Education: What HR Looks For and Essential Skills for the Working World.

On August 13, 2026, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Burapha University hosted a training workshop titled “Preparing for Cooperative Education: What HR Looks For and Essential Skills for the Working World.” This event aimed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge before they embark on cooperative education and work-integrated learning (CWIE).
We were honored to have Mr. Nopporn Busbong, Assistant Manager of Human Resources and Administration at Siam Kubota Metal Technology Co., Ltd., as our guest speaker. He shared valuable insights from his experience in the human resources field, helping students understand the characteristics, skills, and competencies that employers and HR professionals consider important in cooperative education students.
